Spaces Available to Reserve

• The Glass House offers a partial or complete buyout of the restaurant.

  • Partial Buyouts have a food and beverage minimum of $1,000 Monday - Thursday and $2,000 Friday - Sunday.

  • Complete Buyouts have a food and beverage minimum of $4,000 Monday - Thursday and $7,000 Friday - Sunday.

• A partial buyout would be the reservation of the outdoor patio area in good weather and the bar area in circumstances when rain is a factor. This option requires a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 70.

• A complete buyout would offer complete access of The Glass House. A complete buyout would sit a maximum of 40 (inside only) and 150 standing.

• All buyouts are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend inquiring for your event dates 1-2 months prior to when you’d like to have your event.

• Both buyout options can be rented on either a weekday or weekend date.

Rules and Requirements

• No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved by management.

• There is no charge for the room, however a food and beverage minimum guarantee must be met in order to book.

• Set-up and clean-up for the event is apart of the rental time and should be considered when booking. Partial buyouts can enjoy the allotted space for 3 hours and a complete buyout for 6 hours.

• Decor is allowed but there can be no nailing, hanging, or taping onto walls. Open flame and confetti are also not permitted.
